Spare Parts
Most spare parts are considered consumable and come with a limited warranty, typically covering defects in materials or workmanship for a period of 7 days from the date of purchase.
This does not cover misuse, incorrect installation, or normal wear and tears.
Coffee Machines & Grinders
Commercial coffee machines and grinders generally include a manufacturer’s warranty ranging from 6 to 12 months.
This warranty covers factory defects, not damage due to misuse, scaling, poor maintenance, or improper electrical setup.
Special Orders and Custom Requests
Special order items or custom-requested equipment may be non-refundable and come with limited or no warranty depending on the manufacturer’s terms.
We will notify you of the applicable warranty (if any) before completing such orders.
Warranty Claims
To initiate a warranty claim, please contact us with your order number, proof of purchase, and a detailed description (including photos/videos if applicable).
Shipping for warranty inspection or repairs is at the customer’s expense unless otherwise stated.
